36 week appointment and I'm 50% effaced and 1cm dilated! Now if baby girl can hold off until after we move to our new house on Saturday, that would be awesome.

Feeling pretty big and tired and ready. :)
At my 37 week appt last Friday, I was only 1cm and 30 percent effaced so likely will go around my due date.
But, with my first, I was also 1cm and 30 percent when I got to the hospital and had her 4 hours later so you never know!
Feel good everybody and get some sleep...

how's everyone doing?
I am really starting to feel depressed over the last few days :( I go to bed with bad cramps almost every night, but they go away by the time I wake up in the morning. These BH contractions are driving me crazy. I am also so sick of everyone asking me if the baby is here yet ugh!!!!

I'm hurting over here too. My hips are so bad this past week. I'm looking forward to my appointment on Tuesday to see if I've made more progress. I was almost a 2 last week.

Just trying to make it through the last few days. My older two are driving me nuts. Fighting and bouncing off the walls all day. Hoping they calm when the baby arrives. I'm scheduled for Thursday so at least I know when it will be over. I feel for you ladies waiting for labor. Not easy!

so jealous! my dr told me on Thursday to come back on Monday to discuss induction. He likes the progress I made, but wanted me to go another 1/2cm or so before going ahead with the induction.
I'm hoping and praying to get the OK to head to winthrop tomorrow! I wish I had a definitive date like you, though :(

I had my DS on Friday (7/15), 1 week ahead of his due date. Arrived at the hospital at 8am at 3cm and had him 1.5 hours later. There was no time for an epidural so had him the all natural way which was terrifying but luckily he only needed two pushes.
Just got home today and am adjusting to life as a family of 5. DS is a real sweetheart and big sisters are smitten.

1 week till my due date for me... Feeling huge and uncomfortable and lots of cramping on and off. Was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced on Friday, and my dr stripped my membranes so hoping it'll be soon for me! Was told if I haven't made any more progress by my next appointment we'll discuss induction., Good luck to everyone!!

congrats!! had my appt today- getting induced on thurs morning if I don't go sooner. I had my membranes stripped today and I've been cramping alot since then. Not sure, but maybe it'll work??

Congrats! Glad to hear you had an easy delivery!
My oldest DS just woke up screaming that his ear hurts. He and DH are on their way to PM Peds. Praying this is just a simple ear infection and not something that will keep him from being able to come visit in the hospital.

Thanks everyone! The doctors and nurses at Huntington were amazing. Love this hospital.
Adjusting at home well on a little less sleep. ??

38w2d and no change in dilation from last week, but baby is engaged! OB says that if she's not here by my next appointment then we will discuss inducing next week. (I have Ehlers Danlos so they don't want to go past my due date.)

just finally catching up and seeing lots of babies arrived! My 7/7 baby arrived 5 days late on 7/12. I delivered at Stony Brook this time and I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel !! Hope all the new mommies are adjusting and all the ladies at the end are hanging in there !!

My little guy arrived today via section at 12:30. His name is Drew and he was 7 lbs 10 oz and 19 in long. Mom and baby are both doing well. So far it's my easiest section ever!

DD arrived yesterday at 3:35pm. Very successful induction- started pitocin at 2cms at around 730am, they broke my water at around 930, got an Epi around noon, and by 3:25 I was ready to push I couldn't believe it. 3 pushes and she was out only ten mins later!!!
