I also wanted to add- not sure if you enjoy reading but I read 2 books this year before my first cycle that I really enjoyed:
Waiting for Daisy by Peggy Orenstein
The other- and I'm not sure if you are Catholic but if you are I enjoyed: It's Ok to Cry by Malcolm Cameron. I found that while not my favorite book I did find it calming

Maybe an office will monitor in the afternoons? Don't know if any Suffolk office offer that.
My new office In Brooklyn allows afternoon monitoring so if I can't get there in the morning bc I live/work in Nassau, I can do monitoring after work.

Not a good update
So sorry that you are going through this! Instead of switching RE have you considered seeing a reproductive immunologists? I see Dr. Kofinas and he is wonderful. Currently 23w and the only reason I'm this far along is because of him.

It's interesting bc I see Alex Kofinas (perinatal) and George Kofinas (reproductive immunologist) now. After RE's telling me they could me pregnant by getting around Endo if I had it, dr. Braverm and and george k's office both felt pregnancy would not be successful without me having surgery to remove my Endo.
Who knows if it will finally lead to pregnancy, but the surgery plus all the immune support from Alex K has me confident that I will have left no stone unturned for my last try to have a baby.
I would never have thought it would make a difference RE versus RI. Their approaches are very different though.

I would suggest a second opinion. I made the mistake of staying with the same RE despite many failed cycles. I moved on and had success. My new REs location isn't convenient or close to my job but it was all worth it in the end. I think at least another pair of eyes to tell you if they would of done something differently or what they could do differently could help.
What is your diagnosis? I would ask about any additional tests needed? Have you done immune testing? I had 2 chemicals and immune meds worked for me.
Hang in there. Many of us on this board have been right where you are. Pushing forward and connecting with others in the same situation is what always helped me. Any questions, just ask.

I agree their approaches are very different. When I was seeing my RE alone I had two blighted ovums. Before seeing an RE I had one chemical and one mmc.
My husband's coworker then suggested I start to see Alex Kofinas too. With all his vitamins and meds he puts you on I strongly believe it helped with my egg quality and helped my body not reject my embryos.

I am so so sorry to read your update.
I hope you don't mind me saying this but I have been in this battle for a long time now. I absolutely believe embryo quality if a huge reason many transfers fail. Lab quality (thus sometimes embryo quality) is one of the top reasons cycles fail IMO. I would start looking into other clinics that are rated high that can work for you.

My Dh has low sperm count which is why the IUIs didn't work, but every IVF cycle has worked so far but then this happens.

No we haven't done that. Considering doing it. Thank you!
Genetic testing is a great place to start. I know it is expensive but maybe you can finally get some answers. It's very frustrating going through this and not knowing why. "Unexplained Infertility" was my reasoning and I was never happy w that answer. When I asked why I had 4 failed IUI's - the doctor told me that there was only a 30% success rate and when my DH asked why he didn't have an answer. I know medicine is not an exact science but it is very frustrating when you want to have a baby so badly and can't get an answer

Im so sorry this isnt working out for you this time around. I have been there. the waiting, the emotions, the defeat. Ughh.. im sending you lots of hugs!
I would say there is truth the above poster. On paper, i was the perfect IVF candidate. at 36 I had great AMH #'s, i had low FSH, all the invasive tests told me my uterus, tubes, ovaries, were all in working condition. dr. said my ovaries were young and healthy. lots of eggs.
however, when starting stims in my first cycle my estrogen dropped and follicle count dropped. They had a hard time getting my #'s to rise. 2nd cycle we did lupron microdose to help with that. I got the same amount of eggs. but both times my eggs were shit.
in exploring further with my naturopathic doctor, it was found that my cholesterol was really low. Cholesterol is used in making estrogen and progesterone. and I know in 2010 after I had my son, we bought life insurance and my blood work came back with an abnormal cholesterol #. I had to do it again. came back fine, but my family dr. said my #'s were low. but he looked at it as a good thing b/c today everyone has HIGH cholesterol.
So I suspect for some time now my body hasnt been making enough of these hormones to even support good egg health / embryo quality.
a test so f**king simple that wasnt checked in the 100 tests RMA ran on me. 
I am also MTHFR Homozygous which means I have a bad mutation of the MTHFR gene and cannot process folic acid into FOLATE. For years dr's told me to take prenatal vitams when TTC. Turns out all that synthetic folic acid was a waste b/c my body cant use it. again..a simple blood test to determine this. Probably another reason I have ****** eggs.
and I am now dealing with some autoimmune skin disorder that started in 2013 (i was told it was MRSA), but now believe to be something called Hidradenitis Superativa. and its partly related to lack of estrogen. Im working on getting it balanced.
but you might be inclined to find a Reproductive immunologist like others suggested.

I am so very sorry. I have been there too many times.
I have not yet read through all the other responses, but have you had a full immunological workup done. I used Dr. Braverman and he consults with other doctors. Perhaps a consultation with him will point things in the right direction for you.
I pray you find your answers and your path to a precious little one.

I'm so sorry reading this. I had this happen twice--chemical pregnancies. I would suggest a reproductive immunologist too. Just because the other RE found nothing doesn't mean that the RI won't.
