Anyone have experience with Pottery Barn backorders
I want to order a Star Wars backpack for my son from PBK but they are all on backorder and it says they won't be in until October 9. Anyone have any experience with a backorder coming in sooner than anticipated?

I am not sure, but I think because they were listed as a promo like 2 for 1 or something like that. My friend posted it online

Nevermind, It was lands end. sorry.
GMA 50% savings if anyone interested (Promo GMA- Pin 2016) I am not sure when it expires but it was yesterday deal. 8/11/16

I've ordered items from there on backorder and their estimate is pretty accurate.

Is it the star wars darth vader backpack? I had the same problem. I actually called a few stores in new jersey and found one and they shipped it to me. You can try calling a few stores using the item number and they will tell you which store has any.

I tried that. I, no joke, called about 20 stores in the tri-state area and non of them had anything other than the Droid backpack. Oh well, lesson learned that if I want a PB backpack I gotta jump on it early.
