Weight Watchers vs. 21 day fix
DH and I want to start becoming healthier. He wants to do the WW program because he feels it's easier for him with entering his points in the app, etc. and I am on the fence between the two. I like that the 21 day fix offers the BB on demand, as I do not own a DVD player, I also like the support and meal plans offered in the groups.
Obviously, eating better for life is our long term goal.. I just feel 21 day fix offers a more clean eating option where as WW doesn't.. am I wrong?
Have any of you tried both? Which did you like better? What results have you had? Thanks.

Weight Watchers vs. 21 day fix
Personally, I think Weight Watchers is the better of the two. Is it completely eating clean like the 21 day fix? No. But realistically, what are the chances you both never going to eat a piece of chocolate again? Life comes with celebrations and challenges, weight watchers allows you to enjoy those and be accountable for it. For me personally, its impossible to eat clean 100% of the time. I do it most of the time, but things come up.
I might do a combination of the two. Do 21 days clean eating as a cleanse and then start weight watchers.

Re: Weight Watchers vs. 21 day fix
I tried 21 day fix but it was way too structured for me. I need to cheat every now and then and that's ok on WW. LOL. I've done good on WW, down 38lbs.

Weight Watchers vs. 21 day fix
I started off with 21 day fix but just couldn't maintain it. I like ww because it gives you the flexibility and easier to track and calculate. I could never remember which food container certain foods were. I'll use the containers for portion control on ww and I do use the beachbody workouts for my at home exercise.
ETA, I drink shakeology. It's awesome!

Isn't Shakeology $130/month? IMO that is too much for me to spend on a MR for me. Isn't there any shakes that are comparable at a more reasonable price?
I think I will do that too. Use the containers for portion control and try WW and use the BB on demand for workouts. Thanks.

I buy the protein bars at costco.. "Pure Protein". Work as meal replacements for me if I'm on the go and not crazy expensive.

It is pretty expensive, I agree. That said though, it curbs my cravings and I feel so energized. I do not drink coffee for a pick me up anymore which was easily the same price for a Dunkin or Starbucks. For me, it's worth the cost.

Re: Weight Watchers vs. 21 day fix
Im currently doing the 21 Day. I don't think this is as long term sustaining, its a PAIN IN THE ASS. Where as WW, which I have done bunch of times, also with success, I feel teaches you more real life scenarioes.
Heres the thing, while Im on the Fix, Ill prep, like last not I cooked for 3 hours making all of my meals for the week. I couldn't keep up that kind of commitment and planning.
I think they are both effective, but I also think WW is more realistic. WW can be about clean eating.....its about what you put in your mouth.

I liked WW because I felt like I could still eat what I wanted in moderation and still lose weight.

Re: Weight Watchers vs. 21 day fix
I tried 21 day fix and just couldn't do it, I was starving 2 days in. It is way too structured for me. I have never tried weight watchers because most times I want to lose between 5 and 10lbs.
