Where to find Nanny?
I am looking for a nanny for my 4 kids. I know about care.com and sitter city. Are there any other resources or services that can help me find a nanny? I'm nervous about hiring a stranger. Thanks!

I'm on the FB group Childcare on Long Island. I haven't used it to find care, but it's very active and everyone has references.

There are local agencies.
I haven't used one, but after a not great nanny from care.com... I would try it.
You should probably do both. My first nanny was spectacular and from care.com.
