Ugh back pain
Anyone else feel this way? I'm just under 31 weeks and I feel like no matter what position I sit in, I'm in pain. My mid to lower back is just achy all the time. If I stand too long though, my feet start to kill me. I hate to be a complainer but it's horrible. I just cant get comfortable no matter what. It doesn't help that I sit at a desk literally all day long. If I had to guess, I think I need more lumbar support.
Have I mentioned I'm so done and I still have 9 weeks to go

Ugh back pain
Ughh I feel your pain. I'm convinced I'm carrying one twin in the front and the other in my back and I'm only 18 weeks I just can't imagine 31 weeks lol. I just got a prenatal massage and it definitely gave me some relief. Do you have a snoogle pillow? I find it helps when laying down! You got this!!! Remember you did it once! Lol and it's all worth it at the end- 9 more weeks and you will forget about the pain!

Ugh back pain
I stopped using my snoogle because it became so uncomfortable lol. I know exactly what you are going through. My body aches and I dread going to bed at night because I am so uncomfortable and i actually ache trying to get into a more comfortable position. I can't stay in one position too long because then it hurts to start moving around again.

Ugh back pain
It's horrible. I'm 31 weeks and the pain has been so bad lately. Can't get comfortable, but can't stand, and laying down doesn't help. I actually dread going to bed because the pain just gets worse and I end up frustrated with the lack of sleep. No pillow helps. I keep telling myself not much longer to go.

Re: Ugh back pain
Yes, it is terrible. I am 28 weeks and my back hurts, I have constant pelvis/groin pain and get so achy and uncomfortable, I also dread getting into bed. I get so stiff, it hurts so bad. I have a boppy pregnancy sleep pillow and a foam block to put between your legs for hip pain, but basically nothing really helps. So I have no advice, but I feel your pain.

Ice 20 mins has helped. Also I take prenatal yoga and the stretches really do help with back ache!

Re: Ugh back pain
It's nice to know I'm not alone on this boat of misery right now I do have a Snoogle and while it does help at night when sleeping, it makes getting in and out of bed the 900 times I have to pee at night a real challenge (I put it on the edge of the bed because DH doesn't want it between us). Most of my pain and achy-ness is when I'm sitting at work or on the couch, or at the dinner table....really sitting anywhere, and standing for more than a few minutes.
I know I was 8 years younger, but my last pregnancy I felt a MILLION times better. This time around I feel like an 80 year old woman
