IVF Pricing at your clinic
How much does your clinic charge for IVF Out Of Pocket?
What clinic are you using?
Mine (SIRM) now charges 16,000 so I am looking into other options. Trying to figure out how high this is in comparison to other clinics.
Also if you have infertility coverage for monitoring but not for IVF is there a discount at your clinic?
Also I have been hearing some clinics do mini ivf. Anybody have info on what this entails? Pricing?
Trying to get some information before I have to make decisions on next steps.
Thanks!

IVF Pricing at your clinic
Dr Braverman is $11,200 + $500 anesthesia + $2000 ICSI + $1500 cryopreservation + $ storage. Make sure you're comparing apples to apples with what's included because every place packages differently.
CNY upstate is the cheapest I think around $4k.

So Braverman seems like a similar price but there is also his immune panel which I believe is now $3,000. That is what I have heard.
I don't think the $16,000 above includes anesthesia, freezing, or storage. So if I had any to freeze there would be more fees. They recently increased their price by a lot.
I have been looking into CNY too since their pricing is very affordable.

The girls on another site also mentioned this. I paid 16,950 for 2 cycles at SIRM in 2014. It is disgusting how much they have raised the prices. Who can afford 16k. So discusted.

The $3000 is immune management fee. The immune testing itself is another $2k, although your insurance might cover that.

Yes! I am so upset about it. I want to stay with them but their price increases are insane so I'm looking around.

Okay so with his other fees he is actually a lot more than SIRM. Good to know. Thanks.

Re: IVF Pricing at your clinic
I just did IVF at Cornell in September of last year (2015). Their cost for IVF was $10,500. This includes all monitoring appointments, the egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
It does NOT include the following:
Injectable meds (mine cost me about $3k but this varies)
Anesthesia for day of Egg Retrieval - $1,280 for me but this varies
NY Pres Hosp fee for day of Egg Retrieval- $1,005
ICSI- $2,630
Embryo Freezing- $1,050 for initial freezing plus a quarterly storage fee of around $200/quarter
What does SIRM's fee include?

I believe the $16,000 includes icsi, monitoring, retrieval, and transfer. There is no separate hospital fee because it is all done in house. It does not include freezing, anesthesia, and storage. Freezing is $1,000. Anesthesia is $675. Of course meds are separate.

IVF Pricing at your clinic
I had IVF with ICSI for $8500, I believe it's $7000 w/o. And paid half the average price for meds. So about 10K for everything. There's one catch. You have to go to Barbados. It was an amazing clinic and experience. With a vacation and everything, I still came out under the prices I was given here.

I used CNY for two unsuccessful cycles. If you are thinking about using them, please FM me and I would be willing to provide you with more information.

Re: IVF Pricing at your clinic
I have no idea about cost, but CCRM now has a NY office. It might be worth getting info.

No. They don't care about that. I already sat down with the financial person and was told how much I would have to pay. It's insane.
