Pottery Barn Customer Service?

Talk about first world problems... so it looks like Pottery Barn is no longer offering a specific font for embroidery. We are a family of five and up until now everyone (including the dog lol) has their stocking personalized with this font. New baby needs a stocking and I know that a different font will drive me nuts but certainly can't afford six new stockings right now. Anyone have experience with their customer service? I'm really hoping they can somehow make an exception or at least suggest something that will look similar.

I wonder if it's the font we have...I will be in the same situation. But, honestly, I never liked how my stockings were embroidered, even after they redid some. For example, there is a space between two of the letters in DD2's name, but it's a script font and should be connected. I told them what was wrong and the preview looked good, but the 2nd one came out the same...
Anyway, my suggestion would be to check with the store if you can't get it online. There's a store in Huntington.

I’m in a similar situation. Went to order DD’s matching stocking this year and they have a cap of 9 letters but her name is 10. I ordered the stocking without any personalization and I’m going to take it to the embroidery kiosk at the mall to see if they can match it as close to ours as possible. It’s a basic font so I’m hoping it works out!

Hate them, and won't order from them again. Item I bought went on sale 4 hours after I ordered it and they wouldn't adjust price.

I would just write down the name of the font, order the stocking with no font and then take that with one of your existing ones to a kiosk. They should be able to match it pretty easily.
