What are you getting your 4 and 6 year old boys for Christmas?

My boys are SO hard to buy for this year! They want Legos. That's it, just Legos. Mostly it's my 6 year old but my 4 year old wants them because his brother wants them. So what are you getting them? So far they both got the Nintendo 3ds. My 6 year old has a 4 pack of wrestlers and a wrestling ring and a nerf cross bow. My 4 year old has a code-a-pillar. My 6 year old girl is already done but my boys aren't giving me any other ideas. What are you guys getting for your 4 and 6 year old boys? Help!!

My six year old boy LOVES Pokemon
so he's getting Pokemon Sun for his DS, new card binders, cards, a blanket and water bottle
He's also getting a basketball and the game quirkle

Do they have magnatiles/shapemags? Those are a big hit for my boys. I also got my 5yo woodymac blocks (they are more architectural magnetic/grooved blocks you can use to build structures and they come with some instructions like legos -- if you google you can find a video on them) and we gave it early at thanksgiving and he really loves it. It was a kickstarter product last year but it's still available on their facebook page. I think it's something they can grow with.

i hear you about the Legos. they are all over my house and they want more!

my boys are really into hot wheels. we got my 5 year old the 6 lane race track and he loves it.

my 5 year old just got a rocket for his birthday. loves it. they make different kinds that you can put together easily, or ones that need parents help.

Thanks everyone! My 6 year old has a bunch of hotwheels sets and told me today he wants more, so i'll probably get him another set. I will also look into the magnatiles and the woodymac blocks.

My boys are 6 (will be 7 on 12/21) and 4 as well.

Some non-Lego, non video game ideas I have are:

Drone (DS 1 got one for his last b-day and we haven't used it yet but, he really wants to).
Sports jerseys
Twister
Yahtzee
Magnatiles (they are pricey but, both boys love building with them)
Sporting equipment
Nerf guns

For the first time in awhile I'm finding DS 1 easier than DS 2 - DS 2 wants everything but, I know he won't use any of it.

if they don't have MAgnatiles (or something like them..) definitely get a big set of those!! they're like the one thing he doesn't seem to get tired of playing with LOL

My 6 year old is Lego obsessed. He could build them all day long and never get tired. So he is getting a set, but he also asked for the Nintendo 3DS.

He is also getting Nerf Laser Tag guns and art stuff, since he loves to draw.

We have 5 sets of Magnatiles that he got when he was 3, that he and my almost 3 year old still play with a couple of times a week. They are worth the money. I got a set for my 2.5 year old niece as well, because its her favorite thing to pull out when she comes over.

My boys are 5 and 3. We got the 5 yo Legos, Don't wake daddy, sketch books, puzzle books, power rangers. For the 3 yo we got Stinky the garbage truck, Yeti in my spaghetti, a Batman duplo set, and some larger transformers that don't actually transform. For them to share we got a Crazy Forts set.

I know others in the family got them Hot Wheels set, Code a pillar and Connect Four. They also asked for Flip a zoo, snackeez cups (too much Nickolodeon!), and Mario games for Wii.

My boys are 7 and 5. Last year they got the magnatiles. They still play with them.
My boys are tough bc they hardly play with the toys and believe me we have a ton in the basement. I just went through a lot too.
So far games, Star Wars and avengers pajamas, under armour and Nike stuff for older son. My 5 year old loves captain America so got him a action figure. Was at the Disney store today and they were having a HUGE sale on toys so I got my younger son a captain America shield and mask that makes noises and my older son the robot guy from the latest star war movies. lol. You can tell I have no clue. A bunch of books too.
Some money for activities, new cleats and that's about it.

Thanks for the great ideas everyone!! My 6 year old is starting lacrosse in a few months so maybe i'll get him the lacross gear too. I'm definitely going to check out the magnatiles and maybe a drone. He mentioned wanting one a few times a couple of months ago but i thought he was too young. Maybe not....
