Landscaper fall cleanup

I am wondering what your landscaper charges for fall cleanup and how much property?

We have half an acre, with a moderate amount of trees/leaves, and a lot of flower beds. My guy came to do it in two parts. Just him and he had one helper guy working with him each time. Worked for about 4 hours one day and 3 hours the second day a few weeks later. I have a big ditch behind my property and they simply blew a lot of those leaves into the ditch, I should add.

How much would you think is fair for what I described? I'm curious what you guys think. TIA!

Im thinking $200 but technically the leaves shouldnt have been blown in the ditch. I paid $500 for two acres and felt ripped off as well.

That seems high. Did he include your monthly bill in there, too?

I'd probably find out what he charges before your spring cleanup, and if it's too high, shop around.

No, that was totally separate from the regular mowing etc. it was $425 for the first clean up in November, and $275 for the second smaller clean up in December.

I can't tell if I'm right to think that is totally outrageously high because I used to have a guy that was amazing and super affordable. But it is too far for him to come to my new house!

You should call and question him. He may drop the price. And as I said, agree on a price for the spring so there are no surprises.

$250 for .3 acre, moderate amount of trees. It took about 4 guys 3 hours.
