Live in Massapequa and looking for a doctor for my husband to finally get this done. Anyone local to Massapequa? Were your husbands on board? How were things afterwards? Sorry if this is TMI.

DH used someone in Suffolk. We had decided he was going to get it done when we unexpectedly found out we were having DD2. He was more than willing to do his part since I had horrible births. He had to rest for about 2 days but he was back at work by Monday ((it was done on Friday). No heavy lifting for about a week. He was sore but it was manageable. Then he had to go for 2 sperm analyses at 2 months and 4 months after it to verify that he had a 0 sperm count- very important.
