Help me choose a SEIT teacher
I have 3 to choose from. I've spoken to 2 on the phone, they seem nice and eager to work with my DC. Waiting to hear from the 3rd one. But how do I choose which one would be the best fit for my DC?? Can I ask them for their resumes? I need to make a decision ASAP and I'm totally lost!

Do you have the opportunity to meet them? I feel like I'd want to see who my DC was the most comfortable with? The more comfortable the kiddos are, the more they will learn IMO.

I would say both - ask for their resume and to have them meet with your child first.
