Graco 4Ever vs. Chicco NexFit
Can you give me your personal experiences with either seat? The Graco4Ever or the Chicco Nexfit? My daughter is 8 months old and is growing out of the infant carrier. Plus, I'd like to take advantage of the BRU Trade in Event going on now to trade in an old seat and get her a new one.
We have a 2010 Ford Escape if that make a difference. She's on the passenger side of the car.

I do not love our Chicco Nextfit. I feel like the straps are a pita to tighten. I love our britax marathon.

I'm a big fan of the Graco 4Ever. Safe, comfortable, easy to install. No experience with Chicco.

we LOVE our chicco nextfit--we have one in each car! that said, now that my DS is getting bigger (he's turning 4 this summer), i wish we had the option of going to a harness booster

I am not familiar with the NexFit, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the 4Ever. We have one for each of our cars and one for my parents car. Better than the convertible than we bought for DS years ago.

I've never used the nextfit but I had a terrible experience with a graco in the past and will never buy one again. And I just think they seem like theyre made from cheap materials compared to Chicco and Britax. We just got the nextfit for dd2 (we've had a Britax for dd1), and I want to love it but I'm neutral. It's hard to tighten, the straps are short, and the sides are so high it's hard to get dd2 in and out of. I wish I just went with the Britax again.

I had both and got rid of the Chicco. Hated it so much. I've been very happy with all of my graco car seats. I have the 4ever, extend2fit, and milestone.

We have the 4ever and love it. I have another Graco convertible, maybe the extend2fit, and it's just OK. I definitely prefer the 4ever.

I had the Chicco Keyfit 30 and liked it, but wasn't crazy about the Chicco Nextfit- it was big for our car, too. We have the Graco4Ever and really like it.

Thank you everyone. I was trying to avoid possibly getting 2 car seats like I did for my son. We had him in a Britax Roundabout until we switched him to the Graco Nautilus when he was 4. He's still using the Nautilus now as a booster seat. I'm so torn....maybe I'll just get another Roundabout bc it did last us a long time with my son both RF and FF. So undecided!
