I have been looking into headphones too and am leaning towards getting these
I have a set now (cant recall the brand) but it is the 80 db volume level because that is safest for kids. Last time I flew with my kids they couldnt hear their tablets because the plane was too loud. The Kidz Gear seems to have the volume limiting option of 80db but you can remove that wire and it can get as loud as 108db.
