Pubic Symphisus Dysfunction
Anyone have recommendations for exercises, a massage therapist, a chiropractor, or a physical therapist? I am 2 months postpartum and I'm still in moderate pain. My OB said to just give it time but it's not easy with a newborn and a 4 year old!

Yes. I had this too at the end of my 1st pregnancy and especially postpartum. I went to my chiropractor and it helped so much. Not sure where you live but I'm in Bellmore and I go to Dr. Dana Timmins. She's amazing.
