Is there a hairspray that is less drying?
I have been using the Tressemme #3 for quite some time. It's affordable and the level 3 is somewhat of a more flexible hold. But I find that it's drying out my hair. Or maybe building up?
Anyone use a hairspray that doesn't make your hair dry and dirty so fast?

I have same issue right now. Perhaps find a hairspray that is alcohol free? I just googled and saw there are some drug store ones like garner, matrix, Pantene etc if you want to try something cheap just to see if it helps.

This. It's not cheap, but it's the best I have used. I try to get it at Harmon where at least I can use a BBB coupon. I always go back to it.

They sometimes have $3 off coupons in the Sunday paper coupons too. I have used it in the past. It WAS good but pricey. But maybe I'll go back to it

I get so excited when I get the $3 coupon, lol! I also find it helps a bit with the frizz when it's humid ( my hair can tend to get frizzy) and I like that I can brush through it and it won't flake.

I like this one
Sebastian Re-shaper Humidity-resistant. It has a strong hold but it's still very brushable.

Re: Is there a hairspray that is less drying?
I bought the Loreal spray after reading the posts on here. I needed something for my DD's hair that would stay for gymnastics meets but not get all flakey when I brushed it after. I honestly don't think it holds any better than the Frizz Ease or Freeze It stuff...but it doesn't flake!! and the smell is god awful and STRONG! and lingers!!! I swear we are going to get lung cancer from spraying it! I have to open the windows after!
