Are emoji's just a girl thing?
My daughter wants an "emoji" themed bday party- I was doing emoji favors but didn't know if I should do something different for the boys.

There's even a car commercial (Chevy, perhaps?) where a panel of adults are asked to give their thoughts on the car, only using emojis....
I think a lot of people, regardless of age or gender, like emojis.

I teach 2nd grade and can def tell you boys love emojis too. My 8 year old son mostly loves the poop and the "cool dude" with the sunglasses lol.

A few months ago we went to an emoji themed party for a boy. I think emoji are unisex

I teach third grade. All the kids are obsessed with emojis. Boys love the poop one ;)

At pick up the other day - I saw little emoji pillows hanging from many boys backpacks. And a mom posting on a local FB group asking for a McDonalds one for her son.

Last time I went to McDonald's - small plush emojis are the toy for both genders. My 6 yo son has 3 of them and he loves them.

As an 11 year old boy (about to be 12) I can say no, I am obsessed with the little things and even having an emoji themed birthday, my favorites are personally ?? and ??... Hope this helped

i just had my dds emoji party on saturday, I gave all the kids drawstring backpacks with an emoji on them. they all loved them!

The boys like them, too.
For my DS 8th birthday this year, I included plush emoji key chains as favors. I ordered them on Amazon (they were very reasonable), and the kids attached them to their backpacks, etc.
Also, I ran the holiday boutique at my DS's school this year, and anything emoji was a hot item with boys and girls, especially the older ones (he's in a K-6 school).
