So how was your egg retrieval?? Any advice
The procedure went well. I was put under in a twilight sleep. I felt fine when I woke up. It was very quick. I had no pain but only two eggs were retrieved. I am not sure if I had no pain because I had so few eggs. I feel like the retrieval was the easy part compared to the shots and having to go for all the blood work. You will do great and be so excited when it is over! Good luck. Hope you get a lot of eggs.

How did it go??
We had one of the two egg fertilize abnormally. I have a very high FSH. I think it was 17 or 16.5. We have an appointment with my doctor next month to discuss IVF using a donor egg. I was told from the beginning it would be very difficult and may not work with using my eggs. I wanted to give it a shot. So we aren't giving up just yet.....
Did you have your retrieval yet? How did that go?
