Town suggestions?
I'm pretty sure I'm not missing anything but just in case ;). Need good schools, Nassau, under 550K, not affected by the plume go!

Wantagh, Bellmore, Merrick, N. Bellmore, N. Merrick, Oceanside, Lynbrook. If you don't want south shore, a lot of my clients with your criteria and budget also look in Plainview and Old Bethpage, and sometimes Franklin Square.

Town suggestions?
I live in North Wantagh in the Forest City section with Levittown schools (Lee Road/Salk/MacArthur). I've been here almost 4 years and love it! My son is going into 3rd grade and so far the schools have been great. This area is very hard to get into. You can usually get a house when one of the old people leave lol We have the Forest City Park right here which has a playground, pool, lake, tennis court, baseball field and basketball court.
