Off the wagon is an understatement!!!!!
OMG. So the summer is really kicking my ass!!
Turned 40 last week and since July 1st, I have not stopped eating. It has been party after party, Saturday night dinners, DH taking off random days and us going for drinks and meals out. I have ZERO willpower, so there's no way I'm eating a salad while everyone else is enjoying the most delicious things ever. Tonight I had a flying saucer from carvel and wanted a second!!!!
But this is it. I weighed myself 2 days ago and I gained 5 POUNDS! within 3 weeks. It's gonna take longer than that to get rid of it. I won't even step on that scale again until Friday and I hope to see some change.
I'm here to ""out" myself. Need to own up to this terrible slip up. I may be posting daily food and activity here to get my motivation back.
Vent over

I'm jumping right back on to weight watchers. Have to stay within my points. More than that, I will also be keeping it low carb for 2 weeks. Just to get control again.
Making a huge pot of veggie soup and using it as filler food is my go to. All organic. Low sodium. Tons of veggies. I add beans or shredded chicken and use it as a meal sometimes too.
I feel so gross! I love carbs and sugar. I adore them. But I truly feel sick after eating this way for a long period of time. Like my body is screaming for good nutrition

Love these ideas!! Can you pm me the recipe? Just a general idea. I feel so gross too and had another bad day of eating after back to back play dates with snacks and chips etc. I plan to kick up my exercise too starting tomorrow.

Happy birthday! Don't stress about it or beat yourself up, it sounds like you know exactly what to do so get on it! Do you work out? Maybe increase your workouts?

I haven't worked out in about 2 months and it's killing me! I got a stress fracture in the fall and since then, everytime I work out even a little hard, it begins to hurt. Dr told it could take a year or more to heal and I need to take it easy.
But being I've rested for 2 full months (I've never gone more than a week before) I'm hoping I can get back to it this week. I miss it. I love lifting and I was banned from lifting while standing because of this damn femur fracture.

Sorry you're going through all that, it sounds painful. maybe take it easy and just start with walking?

Dr allowed me for bike or elliptical. And I was doing it but it bores the hell outta me If I'm not lifting or dancing - I'm over it.
