Disney Nighttime shows / fireworks
Which parks nighttime show is your favorite and why?
We havent done these with the kids yet since the previous trips they were so young and cranky when tired lol. Our trip next year we will do alot of early mornings but we have a break day scheduled so i'm thinking we can swing a park the night before and make it work. Just dont know if any of them are more appealing than others to younger kids (4 &7).
TIA

I'm not a huge fan of firework shows...I just feel like you've seen one firework, you've seen them all lol. However, the Star Wars show at HS was DH's and 2 y/o DD"s favorite. If you are Star Wars fans it is worth checking out.

I would say the mk one for sure. I haven't seen the new one yet but nothing beats fireworks by the castle. I personally dislike illuminations I feel like it's hard to see and I can't understand the audio at all

Re: Disney Nighttime shows / fireworks
I'm not a fan of fireworks shows but we accidentally caught the one at Epcot. We just happened to eat dinner at Rose and Crown at 8pm and were on the outside patio. Apparently these are somewhat tough reservations to get but we randomly walked up and got a table. You get a great view of the lazer/fireworks show while you're eating. We also missed the crazy mass exit at the end of the show because we were finishing up dessert. By the time we paid the bill the park was empty as we walked out and there was zero line for the bus. Best way to see fireworks!

I really like Fantasmic @ Hollywood Studios. It's an entire show based on Mickey's imagination not just fireworks. It features lots and lots of characters, and includes lasers & pyrotechnics. I often get the dining package so I don't have to line up hours in advance for a seat.
