Sleeping through the night?
When did your children start consistently sleeping through the night for good?
DD at 2.5 months started sleeping 8 or 9 hours without needing to be fed. I thought we were set then. She's now 5 months and will sleep 8 hours a night for let's say 2 weeks and then the next 2 weeks, she'll wake up once per night to eat. This week she's been waking even more but she is teething so maybe that's it?

Sleeping through the night?
Anything over 5 hrs is sleeping through the night.
My ds didn't do it consistently until well over a year.

Sleeping through the night?
Ugh... from 9 weeks to 6 months they slept without a peep from 8:30pm to 7:30am. They moved to their cribs and weren’t swaddled... well some nights they sleep others it’s a frat party...

Re: Sleeping through the night?
DD definitely regressed a little around 6/7 months. She started sttn consistently at about 3 months but then was waking up a lot for about a month or two around 6/7 months. She eventually got back in her routine and she's still sttn at 16 months.... trust me, I realize how #blessed I am because of this. She's an anomaly baby.

Sleeping through the night?
2 to 4 months were heaven. Then everything fell apart and they didn't sttn consistently until 16 months. Two kids, same exact pattern.

Re: Sleeping through the night?
Sounds like growth spurts / teething to me. DD slept through the night early as well, but around 5-6 months went through something similar...periods of waking up again. This too shall pass!

Both kids - 8 weeks (they'd sleep from about 10pm-7:30'ish am) By 12 weeks they were STTN a full 12 hrs (8pm-8am)

Sleeping through the night?
My 11 month old still isnt. He has gotten worse too. Up almost every hour. It's been torture. My first was about 10 months. But even at 2.5 he gets up sometimes.

Re: Sleeping through the night?
STTN meaning 10 or 11+ hours straight ... about 11 months old after a couple nights of CIO. STTN meaning 5 hours straight, is much earlier, within the first month or so.

Sleeping through the night?
Dd slept through the night around 2 months and stopped around 8 months. Now she usually wakes for a bottle and falls right back to sleep.

Re: Sleeping through the night?
Both of my children 3 months they started sleeping around 11 hours a night and not waking up. The first still does now many years later, great sleeper. The second is 8 months and sleeps around 11 hours a night nonstop since 3 months.

Sleeping through the night?
My daughter did the same thing as yours. I finally did modified CIO around 8 months. She's slept through consistently since then.

Sleeping through the night?
Also, is she on solids at all? I found that I started my DD on oatmeal too quickly and it bothered her tummy. I need to wait until she was 5.5 months and I needed to try a different brand as well. After that she slept much better with less tummy issues.
