Consignment store or online consignment shops?
Does anyone know of a store on LI or an online store to sell luxury items?

I live in port and would hit up this place all the time. They sold me a fake Chanel necklace and when I went back, made it my fault. Not saying place is all bad, but know before you buy here.

Consignment store or online consignment shops?
I used to go to Revival Boutique in Roslyn all the time. It's high end designer stuff. I sold a Gucci bag there and also bought a few things there. Always had a good experience.

Clicked on the post again and realized you also asked for online recs. I've sold handbags to Fashionphile and Yoogis Closet. It's easy- you send pics of the bag and they respond with the estimate price you'd get for it. I got quotes from both and sold my bags to whichever gave me the higher quote. Some were higher at Yoogis, some at Fashinsphile, depending on the bag. I had an equally good experience with both and received my check quickly.

Fashionphile. I recently sold one of my Chanel bags to them. Very easy! I sent pix and description of bag and received offer the next day. All I had to do was print the free shipping label and send it on its way. Received check about a week later. Easy-peasy!
