Niccolock vs Cambridge
For years Cambridge pavers were always recommended as better than Nicolock but now I am hearing that the new 2017 Nicolock pavers are as good but a little less expensive. Is this true or just words to sway me by the paver installer trying to get the job? Installers who use one product and not the the other will always downgrade the other product. How does one find out?

I'd go with cambridge. I have nicolock in my backyard and cambridge around my driveway and front walkway. The cambridge is alot nicer IMO. My nicolock ones have only been in 2 years longer than cambridge and they've faded quite a bit

We have Cambridge. When talking to installers a few years ago when doing our walkway and they thought Nicolock wasn't a good product. We finally decided on what we wanted to do in our backyard and did a Cambridge patio.
For whatever its worth, the cost of the block isn't all that much in comparison to the install. If I recall, the price of the block was like $2-3 per square foot vs total installed price of like $10-13 per square foot. IF you're picking larger format or special ones it is more.
