New running tips
Going to start running tomorrow. I’m very out of shape but have been working out 3x a week this past month but I want to start running. Tips or tricks I should know about.

Do the Couch to 5K program. I know many people who have found it helpful.

That's a great idea. You want to be careful not to add too much mileage too fast to prevent injury. Keep up with any strength training you've been doing, or if you haven't, start.
Make sure you are well hydrated and eating food that is fuel.
Also comfy, fitted clothing! Chaffing is REAL, lol.

Another vote for couch to 5K! There are apps you can get that you can use your own music playlist & it will just interrupt the song to tell you when to start running or walking. The program is amazing! Also, I love Marshalls for work out & running clothes!
