Las Vegas with kids
Anyone ever been? We are doing a huge family trip next year with 20 ppl and the kids will range in age from 1-17. We are doing Vegas, Hoover Dam, and Grand Canyon. Any suggestions on the best hotel for kids on the strip?

Las Vegas with kids
New York New York might be a good hotel with kids - has the roller coaster on the outside and an arcade

normally i would say mandalay bay because they have an aquarium and an awesome lazy river by the pool which is great for kids and good restaurants. its a great hotel. but after what happened at mandalay bay i am not sure if they are recovered from everything.

By next year when the OP is looking to go, they should be back to normal.
We had engineers from my company staying there for a VMWare event the night of the shooting. Thankfully everyone was ok but what really shocked us was that the VMWare event went on as scheduled the next day. A lot of the participants left, but many stayed and they continued on with it like all was normal. My VP was supposed to go on Monday, but when he heard the news he canceled his flight. He was annoyed that on Monday night they were sending emails to the participants saying- Bourbon tasting in such in such room tonight. How on earth they continued on with this conference in that very hotel when it was still a very active crime scene is truly beyond me!
