PGS
I'm on my 3 IVF cycle with PGS. We only had one embryo that developed into blastosys. It takes about 10 - 14 days for the lab to complete testing. Today is 16 days and when I called the office about test results they told me they forgot to send the embryo for testing. My question is if test results can be compromised because someone in the office screwed up and forgot to send off the embryo for testing on day 5?

Re: PGS
It's not that the results are compromised, it's just that the embryo will need to be thawed and biopsied and refrozen.

PGS
We only had one to put back in that was PGS tested. It did not take on my fourth cycle. We have since switched doctors. We are just getting started with this new dr, but he said with only one to test he would not have tested it. PGS can compromise and if you only have one to test just put it in .
