6 year old boy gift
any suggestions Christmas and Birthday are in December and all he asks for are firetrucks.... (same thing he asked for the past 4 years....)

to satisfy his firework request, what if you use those sparkly candles for his cake?

How about the Lego city firehouse and fire truck? My DS got those around 5-6, and at almost 9, he still loves Legos.

There are sets of firetrucks that are the size of Hot Wheels (I found them at tourist places in the city) - you could get a set and a Hot Wheels play set for the trucks.

How about the Lego city firehouse and fire truck? My DS got those around 5-6, and at almost 9, he still loves Legos.
I hear you - my almost 8 year old is 4 days before Christmas and it's always a struggle.
The Lego suggestions are great. They also have other fire vehicles.
The Hess Truck is coming out on 11/1. I doubt it will be a firetruck but, I always get that for my almost 6 year old.
My son also has bunker gear - from Uniform Duds for Kids that is great.
ETA - Last year, we did a bunch of board games - Monopoly Jr, Pop the Pig, Toilet Trouble, Jenga and Yeti in My Spaghetti are favorites.

Go for it!
Maybe have a visit to the firefighter museum or a firehouse! We love Lego too!
He will grow out of it... but get him all the fire truck things he wants!

My twins just turned 6 2 weeks ago.
They received Circuit Board JR, which they LOVE, LOVE. Magic tracks, or even Twister Moves Hip Hop spots.
