Not getting group texts
I just changed over to the Iphone 10 yesterday. Since then, I have not received 2 group texts (everyone on it has an iphone, so its imessages). I am getting some of the responses...Any ideas on why this would happen? just wondering if some setting is not right.

Did you have an iphone before? Wondering if you didn't, maybe your friend's phone is trying to send it through regular message but then your phone is trying to receive it as imessage? My friend had this issue. I had to completely delete her contact name and re-add it as iphone.

this just happened to me when i got new phone. You have to go to settings- text messages- select ok to group texts.

i checked this and its set to receive them

Make sure your texts/messages are set to imessage. When I had an iphone that happened to me and I wasn't getting imessages - just regular.

Im sorry a little off topic, but how do you like this phone?? My dh is looking into it just wanted to hear if your enjoying it so far. Thank you :)

not having the thumbprint id is throwing me off a bit. To unlock it you either have to do the facial recognition or type in your pass code. Other than that, I like it a lot.

I am not sure if this is same with your phone. My Friends were not coming thru because on some #'s she had *82 before telephone #'s
