brunch vs luncheon
what should i do differently if i'm planning to host easter luncheon instead of easter brunch.
last year, i decided i wanted to start hosting easter at my place. i did brunch and it was awesome... but... it was a little too early for those who went to church, and i had to miss church because i was up to my eyeballs in prep work.
this year, i was hoping to do it later, but not exactly do easter dinner.
what should i know when planning a luncheon?

brunch vs luncheon
What about doing it more like an open house? I wouldn't do a big late lunch bc I would think a lot of people do an early dinner. You could put out apps, finger foods, maybe a crockpot or two with something hot. This way people can come and go, eat as much or little as they want, and you don't have to coordinate everyone eating at the same time.
