Random question re: East Meadow deli
Can someone help me? My late friend grew up in Nassua, and every party she had, she had these chicken finger things - she said they were "famous" at her local deli. They were battered, fried, and came with a honey mustard sauce. They were unlike any chicken finger I ever had! We are preparing the reception for her celebration of life and I think it would be such a great little nod to her to have them. She had them at every single party. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? She lived in East Meadow but it might have been somewhere nearby.

There used to be one near Eisenhower Park (might have been considered East Meadow?)
but it closed. The only one left is in Bethpage.

Maybe you can call some of them and see if they have orders she's placed on file ? Give them her name and see if they can pull anything up?

There's a Zorn's in Bellmore, too, on Merrick Road.
