I read once they are in liquidation - they won't be honoring giftcards.
But I do think an online format may work for them - if they speed up their shipping.
I also think their customer service needs an overhaul.

Agreed. The last few times I went to the Massapequa store, the only register open was in electronics and there were 20 people on that line.
