2nd time around
Male factor and PCOS
in 2014 I completed an Fresh IVF freeze all...3 months later implanted. 4 embryos were 3 day 2 decent (not great) & 2 poor. implanted 2 and successful 1 baby girl.
2017 - decided to have another child.
5/17 - FET 2 prior frozen. Chemical.
9/17 - Fresh IVF freeze all (7 embryos - 4BA, 4Ba, 4AB, 4BB, 4BB, 3BB, 3BB)
10/17 - FET 1 embryo BFN 11/17 - FET 2 embryos BFN
Changed diet - more consistent acupuncture & scratch test.
2/17 - FET 2 embryos BFN
SO I have 2 - 3BB embryos left.
IMPORTANT - NO Insurance coverage over IVF.
DR. recommended (LI IVF) - biopsy for chronic endo & possibly an ERA test (however need to go to NJ & expensive.
ANY RECOMMENDATIONS???
ANYONE have my situation & what happened??
2nd opinion & with whom?

2nd time around
Welcome. Sorry you have had a tough time. I've done a lot of transfers myself. I cycled in 2014 as well and have a child. Now for number 2 I decided to do a lap and scratch. I had silent endo removed so if your RE is suggesting a lap or biopsy I would do it. I have seen many ladies be successful after doing the era and finding their day for implantation. I also did immune testing and lots of blood work. I'm on an immune protocol. I don't think LIIVF is big into immune though. Have you done the recurrent loss panel? Even if you haven't had miscarriages it can show some issues. I'd ask for any blood work that can provide answers. I'd do anything and everything before implanting those last two. Getting a second opinion was the best thing I ever did. I switched REs and had success. If you want further info PM me, I've tried a lot of things. Good luck.

Re: 2nd time around
I think the missing piece is what the quality of the embryos are that you're transferring. If they are all day 3 (rather than day 5 blasts) or low quality, that may be your issue.
I understand that you don't have IVF coverage left, but rather than waste your time, money, and emotions on FETs, it may be worthwhile to try to save for a fresh cycle.

Re: 2nd time around
Just got the results of Biopsy and it was negative so no chronic endo.
my last resort is the ERA test.
Do you think it would be auto immune if I already was successful?

Re: 2nd time around
Your IVF in 2014; How many cells were they at the day of transfer?
And then in 2017; all of your embryos were also a 3-4 cell embryo?
Is there a reason the doctors aren't letting them grow more than just a 3 or 4 celled embryo? You had a good amount of embryos; so I am curious why they didn't let them "grow" a little longer; even if it was for another day or two? Or were they afraid they would lose all of them?
I believe Doctors prefer or consider an optimal embryo anywhere from a 6, 8, or even a 10 cell+ (on Day 3).
This of course doesn't mean that anything less wouldn't work.

I would definitely do immune testing!

I would also. I also don’t think the scratch test is completely accurate in diagnosing endo.
