how much do your cleaning people charge?
I made it a poll if you don't want to share. If you don't mind sharing, please also specify if you do it weekly, monthly, etc. Been getting some recommendations, but those who are paying a great price are doing it weekly. I'm looking for every 2 weeks or maybe even just once per month. I'm good with cleaning, but I like getting one deep clean done every once in awhile

how much do your cleaning people charge?
$70 per hour and they're awesome.
My mom uses the same company but she pays $80 per hour because she's in Queens and they're based on LI.
Biweekly.

i don’t have a service, I have one woman who comes weekly. She charges $100 per visit and usually stays around 3-31/2 hours. We have a large house but she’s very efficient.

how much do your cleaning people charge?
I have one person who comes to clean as well. We pay 120 every two weeks. We have a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom (but she really only cleans 2 bathrooms), and she does sheets and towels but no other laundry. She is at my house for about 7 hours. I have no idea why it takes so damn long to clean my house but I am just happy I don't have to do it!

I have one person clean every two weeks. She’s here for 6 hours. We have a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house. She does our bedding and launder our sheets, but no other laundry. We pay $120.

We pay $90/week for our 3 bedroom, 1 bath house, and she uses all her own supplies. She's a local mom that cleans houses while her kids are in school. Best money we spend, because I know it gets done every week and it frees up my time to do the million other things around the house and to spend more time with the kids.

same here.
although, my sister did come by and help me clean for easter when i was still recovering from eye surgery. she charged me items i have in my coupon stockpile... detergent, shampoo, razors, lotion, toothpaste.

We have a 3 bedroom, two bath. A team of 3 people come in - they're there for about an 1.25 hours and its $90.

I had a cleaning person when I broke my shoulder. You know what I wound up doing? — cleaning before the cleaning person arrived, in my sling and all.
I paid $40.

My mom cleans - her prices range from about 100-150 per house if I remember correctly. & she's usually there at least 2 hours - usually more.
ETA - Her houses are all "biweekly"

They charge $75 per hour for a team of 3 guys.
It takes them 2 hours to do my house (5 bedrooms, 4 baths), so $150.
Price does not change based on frequency. I get them every 3 weeks or so.
They are on the high end, but do a great job and are quick.
If they do my basement as well, it takes them an extra half hour.

3 bed 2 bath - 3 people cleaning and charged $120 for once a month service. I tried using 1 person 2 different times and it just takes SO long for them to clean. I don’t have the patience to hang around the house for 6 hours while someone cleans. I prefer the group of people so they can get it done faster.

Same here. According to the poll, I'm paying more than anyone else. I only have them come here like once a month (more if I feel like it needs it) so they do a deep clean each time, but it's usually around $250.

I want someone to come just to clean our bathrooms and rake the leaves outside. My mom has come over 3 weeks in a row to help my husband. They both get blisters every single time. 65 Costco lawn bags were filled and they aren’t even done. We got quoted $700 for the job, no thanks! Would a cleaning person maintain the leaves???

We have a 5 bedroom 3 bath home (have cleaning person consistently clean master bedroom and bath, downstairs bath, kitchen, living and dining room and rotate the rest). We currently pay $75 every 2 weeks but have gotten quotes that go up to $150 every two weeks. Quotes are all

$100 every two weeks for our 4 bedroom/3 bath home. If we use her every week it is $80. If we add our finished basement it is $20 extra, we recently finished it and I have been keeping it clean so there has not been a need but when we finished I told my cleaning lady that I would pay her extra if we ever wanted it bc I felt that was fair as it is a big space and has a bathroom.

I don't think so. We have a landscaper for that. They charge a fee for the year- $1300 and they do one big clean up in the spring, right around now, and then one at the end of October. They come twice a week to maintain the property and do a phenomenal job.

No, maintenance twice a week- two big clean ups. They mow the lawns, sweep the patio area, trim shrubbery, seed the lawn when needed. It's SO worth it.
