Menu thread 5/20
Sunday: Chicken teriyaki, cauliflower fried rice
Monday: Italian chicken burgers with mozzarella and roasted peppers, grilled zucchini and yellow squash
Tuesday: takeout
Wednesday: Sausage and peppers, mashed cauliflower
Thursday: Spicy meatballs over spaghetti squash
Friday: Salmon, roasted broccoli
Saturday: BBQ

Menu thread 5/20
Sunday - pasta with sun dried tomato pesto and balsamic roasted veggies
Monday - hot dogs, something quick on the side. Maybe baked beans and green beans or slaw.
Tuesday - chicken enchiladas
Wednesday - buffalo chicken burgers, roasted potato and corn salad
Thursday - bbq chickpea and sweet potato bowls
Friday - buffalo chicken burgers and salad
Saturday - out

Sunday- leftovers
Monday- take out
Tuesday- Soba noodle Massaman curry soup
Wednsday- Swedish meatballs in a mushroom cream sauce with mashed potatoes
Thursday- Steak with carrot mashed sweet potatoes (my first anniversary with the BF!)
Friday- Zucchini cheese puffs with a side salad.
Saturday- ? Leftovers?

Monday : pork tenderloin with mushroom gravy, buttered noodles, string beans, green salad
Tuesday : grilled chicken, grilled eggplant and zucchini, rice, green salad
Wednesday : out
Thursday : leftover pork, pulled style with BBQ sauce, macaroni salad, heirloom tomato salad.
Friday : baked salmon, roasted potatoes, cucumber salad
Saturday : ?

Menu thread 5/20
Last night was Ravioli with homemade sauce, meatballs, garlic bread
tonight we had rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes & green beans
I have some ground beef in the freezer and the old el paso taco kit- so tomorrow is taco Tuesday with spanish rice
Beyond that...no idea. Maybe chicken burgers on the grill one night, take out on Friday which is a weekly staple for us.

OK so yesterday we had a creamy lemon chicken dish that DH made from his keto recipes. Delish.
Today is Tuesday so Taco tuesday (he eats it over a salad I go full hog with the crunchy shells! )
That's all I got...
