Down comforter with duvet.
I think making a bed everyday is a waste of time so its so much easier when i want to make it look neat (no flat sheet)
Wait, are you not supposed to use a flat sheet with a duvet? I use a duvet because I like the look but I always use a flat sheet, can’t imagine not using one.

Comforter all the way!
When I first met DH he had a duvet. No idea why. It was SO annoying. I would never consider one. Ever. I don't even understand why they exist.
This! I use sheets, yes flat too, I can't fathom why people wouldn't??? Do you really wash your comforter/duvet every single week??? I also have a blanket over the sheets and under comforter.
Exactly. I think my comforter is dry clean only to be honest. It's new....

You are missing quilt.... that’s what I like to use. Nice and light.
Dang it! I *KNEW* I was forgetting something!

Ok, so I like the idea of being able to change the look more easily with a duvet... but are there any that don't slide around in there a ton?
Now if someone could just start making king sized blanket/comforter/duvet/quilt/whatever that actually fits a king sized bed... that would be great! They always seem too short on the sides, I guess because the stupid mattress is so tall.

Mine doesn’t slide at all really. The only thing I don’t like about it is putting it back in after I wash it. It’s annoying and it always seems to be at night right before bed I realize I have to put my duvet on.
I have a down alternative blanket I side. It’s made for duvets. Maybe it grips better Inside? The duvet is made of a sheet like material. Very light and soft.
Maybe that’s why?
