went back on it recently but already getting bored of the hardboiled eggs and grilled chicken, lol... anyone have some meal suggestions? I know there's websites with recipes but a lot of what I find are too complicated/too many ingredients. Looking for some quick recipes that are fairly easy to make, especially as I near the beginning of the school year. I want to try to meal prep as much as possible on sundays and pack things for the week

You can eat anything, in moderation of course.

We do a lot of chicken, fish and pork. Red meat is a once in a while thing because of the point value.
One of our favorites is a chicken stir fry with tons of veggies and brown rice.
Rotisserie chicken is a lifesaver when I don't feel like cooking.

Grilled chicken on its own is boring, but so versatile because you can change the flavor profile.
Top with :
Tzatziki sauce
Salsa
Diced tomato and onion in a red wine or balsamic vinaigrette
BBQ sauce
Marinara and some low fat mozzarella
Soy Vay Island Teriyaki marinade is delish and not bad with points. I boil it down a little to make it thicker and use as a glaze.

My freezer is stocked with a lot of Trader Joe items that are time savers for me :
frozen veggies
tuna and salmon burgers
chicken fried rice
frozen fruits

I eat a soft boiled egg and fruit every morning for breakfast. It's boring but gets my day started off right and I don't have to think about it. I eat greek yogurt with frozen fruit as a snack on alternating days (too much gives me bloat).
Sometimes avocado or a smear of peanut butter on Dave's Killer 21 grain bread.

Check out Skinnytaste's blog. She's got some really good recipes for conventional, slow cooker and instapot cooking, gives you the SP value for each as well.

The program has worked for DH, I'm so proud of him for sticking too it and changing his eating habits to a more healthier and sustainable way.
He's more mindful of what he eats, especially when going out with his buddies.

My new fav is grilled chicken topped with a bit of pesto and mozz cheese ( Originally I saw it with a tomato in there but I dislike tomatoes).

I second skinnytaste. 90% of my meals come from there. The other night for dinner I had healthy baked chicken nuggets and french fries in the air fryer. I make the healthy chicken nuggets in oven all the time.

I've been on WW since October 2017 but maintaining my goal weight since Januaryish. my biggest piece of advice.. DO NOTTTTTT get stuck in a food rut with "diet foods" -- it will make you get bored and just give up. You have to just make it your new lifestyle.

For work breakfasts, I meal prep freezer breakfast sandwiches. Pop one in my lunchbag the night before work, it defrosts in the fridge - in the morning I microwave for 30 seconds and then toaster oven for a few min to crisp up. I use a lite English muffin (2 points), egg beaters or real egg (0), 1 slice Canadian bacon (0) and 1 slice of velveeta (1). Pair with a banana or other fruit on the side. so filling. I make 6-12 in advance (1 or 2 sleeves of English muffins) and am set for a few weeks.

Lunch - buy Tumaros wraps, joseph's pitas, mission extra thin corn tortillas. This makes your typical chicken so much less boring if you make a themed lunch (greek, Mexican, etc) with 1 points worth of a sauce and other toppings... bulk every meal up with tons of veggies.

Skinnytaste is great but I also am very into the Skinnyishdish (formerly Daily dose of pepper). I made her pickle chicken last week (to die for) as well as chicken street tacos (made them twice in a 2 week period) as well as her cilantro lime rice (tastes just like chipotle).
