Best foundation
I like Cover FX natural finish foundation. I bought it a couple months ago and it’s been great for my skin.

Re: Best foundation
Foundation is something that is sooooo personal. What works for me may be horrible on someone else and what others rave about usually does not work at all for me. Ulta is great though and you can try stuff and return it. I do that all the time

Re: Best foundation
So I just got a little tiny sample with an Ulta order of Too Faced Born this Way Foundation and holy shit I think I found my new foundation.
I tried it yesterday and my skin- which never looks good to be honest- actually looked good! And it held up all day. Even my highlight stayed in place with no touch ups.
They seemed to have mistakenly sent me two sample cards so I had another little packet in the color that works for me- I used it again today and I think I'm sold.
It's not matte on me though- it's more of a satin finish- which i need because I have drier skin and matte foundations always look so dull on me and age me about 10 years. I do set it with powder because when I didn't it felt sticky and didn't dry down. So definitely more of a satin to dewy finish. Which I love.
This stuff may be holy grail.

I have been using this for years, except in the summer. It provides great coverage and lasts a long time. Even when I had acne back in the day it was fine.

Re: Best foundation
LOL. Exactly what I meant in my first reply. Foundation is SOOO different on everyone. Holy Grail for me is awful on others, the ones whit all the glowing 5 star reviews don't work at all on me.
It's really a matter of trial and error to see what works on your own unique skin. That's why I love Ulta- i buy, try and return
