Gyms with great classes -Suffolk
Can anyone recommend their gym with good classes?

I go to Lucille Roberts. They have mostly GOOD classes. I wouldn't call all of them great.
They have Zumba, I enjoy the Step class, A dance class that's a lot of fun. And then a whole bunch of weight, yoga, kick boxing (Which my MIL loves) in between. Maybe go check it out and see if they offer any free trials?
Their pricing went up, so I would definitely check it out for free first. I like the fact that it's a womens gym. I feel comfortable there

Suffolk county covers a lot of ground. LOL. I go to Fitness Incentive in Babylon and love it. They have a a lot of great classes/instructors.
