Adult food options for kid's bday party
It's my first time throwing a true kids/school friend type birthday party... so we are having my 3 year old's kids party this weekend at a kids party place which provides pizza, juice, water, cake (the usual). There are around 15 kids coming all under the age of 3, and they provide 3 pizzas cut into 12ths for that size party (I think we will have extras most likely). Party is from 10:30-12. My question is, do I order some extra pizzas for the adults, or I was thinking of calling in a small grilled chicken/mozz/roasted red pepper or similar type hero instead to have a different option for them as well as seltzer or other drink options - necessary? unnecessary? Thanks!

I think for that time I would only do pizza.
I only always do just pizza but I know some people order extra but since its more of an earlier birthday party IMO some may not eat that early but I could be wrong.
Either way like I said I always only do pizza and sometimes I add in garlic knots.

three pies for 15 3 year olds is a lot. You will likely only use like a pie and a half on the kids. I'd get 2 more pies to supplement the adults and add in some soda/water.

Yes pizza for the adults is fine! No need to get fancy. Throw a slice of pizza my way, any time of the day, and I'm a happy camper!

I would love a hero instead of pizza but you don;t have too- pizza is perfectly acceptable too along with some drinks-- soda, water for the adults. If you dont do the hero, I would get 2 additional pies for the adults.

Pizza for adults is fine! No need to spend more money or do anything fancy. We are just happy to be thought of and fed!

We are having a party for our kids in January at a place and we just did the unlimited pizza option. I’m not paying $35 for a tray of chicken tenders! Pizza is totally fine!

Pizza is fine. I went overboard last year and had wraps and cheese platters and stuff and it was too much.
This year DD’s party is around dinner time so I’ll get extra pizza for adults and a salad and one or two finger type foods.

if its at a party place, i don't think the adults expect anything fancy. but i would make sure to order a couple extra pizzas for the adults, being that they'll be in the party room right around lunch time... people will probably be at lest a little hungry for lunch. its always so hard to tell without really knowing the "crowd" though. we had my oldest DS 8th birthday party last weekend. they provided pizza for the kids, and we ordered 3 extra for the adults. we ended up with those 3 pizzas leftover. UGH! HAHAHA BUT his party ended around 3:30 so it wasn't really a meal time. we ended up eating one of them for dinner that night, and then giving 2 of them to different friends who brought their kids to the party. LOL but i know if i hadn't ordered extra pizza, the adults would've all been looking for some HAHA can't win either way! so don't overthink it too much
