My Thanksgiving menu
I always like to type it out and get feedback lol. I tend to overanalyze as well as over feed people LOL. I'm Greek & Italian, it's in my blood to cook way too much  . My brother can't make it on Thanksgiving so he will be coming Saturday for leftovers so I do want a bunch. Inlaws are vegetarian. I'm allergic to nuts just as an FYI
- Turkey (going to try the lemon /sage recipe posted)
- Sausage stuffing (& a small plain one as well)
- Gravy
- Cranberry sauce
- Mashed potatoes (Pioneer Woman recipe)
- Roasted veggies (a combo of brussels, broccoli,
cauliflower, red onion & carrots) EVOO, S & P
-Sweet potato casserole or candied yams
- Green beans (just the canned ones- my son's
request lol)
- Stuffed shells
- Cornbread

almost identical to what i usually make.
the only thing i would seriously change is that i don't like canned green beans... lol but your son's taste clearly trumps mine
