Spicy food

Do you like it?

I cannot live without spice. I need that burn in my mouth when I eat certain foods. SO hates spice. I’m wondering how many people actually like spice.

I like spice with flavor. If it’s just spice, then no.

*runs off to grab something spicy from the fridge*

Love it. I love heat and intense flavor, so I like what I consider to be both hot and spicy food. (I feel as though there is a difference between hot and spicy - dishes can be either/or, or both)
I like a lot of spices, basically anything but cilantro, so I am open to loads of cuisines.
I like the heat of salsas, scotch bonnet peppers, sauces, wasabi, horseradish, etc.

I love spicy food. Especially not just for the heat, but for the flavor.

My stomach on the other hand is over the spicy stuff. I carry pepcid on hand and there are times I have to go on the heavy duty stuff from my GI doctor to calm down the reflux for a couple months. But as soon as it'd better - I'm all over the spicy food and suffer again lol

I love it. So does DW, DS, and DD. We have a bottle of Sriracha that we always have handy. DW often cooks Indian curries, or other spicy dishes.

At work, one of my coworkers brought in a flight of super-hot spices. Some were over 1 million Scovile units. I of course finished all of them. So did most of the other people at the table.

I don't want spicy all the time, but I definitely like it once in a while.

I hate it.
Anything that burns my mouth- even a little- is not enjoyable to me.
Buffalo wings are my worst nightmare. I won't touch them.

I love hot (buffalo wings -- i want them to make me cry and clear all my nasal passages, horseradish, etc)-- not so much spicy (curry)

I love love love spicy food BUT was diagnosed with severe ulcerative colitis not too long ago and now have to have a boring bland diet!!! I miss it!!! I know Franks hot sauce isn’t that hot but i literally did put that s**t on everything!!!

if the spice is flavorful and has a purpose, i LOVE IT. SO is the same.

i had a coworker, years ago, who would brag about his 5 alarm chili. one day, he brought some in to the office to share and show off. it was NOTHING but heat. there was not another flavor that i could recognize. there were people just about crying because it was so hot.

i was expected to love it because it was known that i liked spicy. i threw that sh!t away right in front of him because it was horrible.

i love me some spicy mexican, thai, indian food. yummo!

I love the flavor of spicy food, I just can't eat it. My skin is super sensitive and my whole mouth/lips will burn and swell if I try to eat spicy food. I would love to eat a plate of hot wings, they are so tasty. I just can't

I like it more and more as I get older, maybe my taste buds are dying as I age lol As a young person I hated and every year I like it more hah

I love it so much! When I was pregnant with my son, I couldn't get enough of my dad' hot pepper, which I could never handle (super hot Calabrian chilis)
I love hot but not LOCO hot. DH loves the kind of spicy hot stuff that makes burly men on Youtube challenges cry. He puts it on everything!

No. My exception is buffalo wings. Drowned in blue cheese dresing lol

Love spicy food and so does my 3 year. She has been eating spicy food since she was one. My husband and his friends have a competition for the best wings on Long Island. All of them are very hot but excellent flavor.
