Sempre Vivolo in Motor Parkway in Hauppauge. Right off exit 55.
Perfect for a date night and the food is amazing

You're welcome. I work right near there and go for business lunches often, but it's a very nice, cozy, old school Italian atmosphere for a date I would think.
If you are going on a weekend call for a reservation though. I think it can get busy.
