Vacation Suggestions
Looking for ideas to do with 7yr old twin boys.
Last year we did Punta Cana. Looking for other ideas.
Thinking of Atlantis Bahamas or maybe FL & do Universal (my boys wont do big coasters)
We just dont want to be all beach. Anything with sight seeing??

Atlantis and Universal are two entirely different types of vacations. Atlantis you are really only doing the beach and waterpark there. There is nothing else worth doing in Nassau.
If they don't like rides, I wouldn't do Universal. They have some bigger coasters, and many ride simulator type rides that mimic big drops, etc.
I just came from Aruba and loved it there. I didn't take my kids though, I was solo. But, there is the beach and many other site seeing things to do (which I didn't do but read about). The lighthouse, the natural pools, ATV/Jeep tours, Aloe Factory etc.
How about a cruise?
