I haven’t heard of any yet but I just go to TD bank. I have a checking account there that I use only for getting Visa cards without a fee

We always get amazon ones at Walgreens/Duane read for no fee.
Most stores are no fee if you buy directly from the store
Bjs and Costco have a few deals but bjs aren’t that great (I saw $15 starbucks for like $14.25 or something)

In general most store gift cards have no fee
Not sure if you are asking about a deal in gift card
Or if you are talking about the visa gift card which typically has fees
