Rocking Horse Ranch v. Camelback v. ?

We want to go away for a long weekend. I want to get my 2 little ones up on skis. My older guy has been snowboarding but still needs lessons.
DH wants to take them to a place where there is the indoor water park for them to have fun at. I was looking into a place where we could find both and came up with these two spots.

RHR all seems included, including equipment rental whereas with Camelback I'm not sure my littlest guy is old enough for lessons and I'm going to have to pay for lessons and equipment x3. (I have to call to confirm but this is what I'm getting off of the website). I already got some helpful info on here but I was looking for more opinions. My boys are 8, 4 &3 if that helps. Thanks!

We have been to both, but neither for skiing. For the horses I think you need to be 6 to actually ride, beyond going in a circle on a horse. My dd was upset she could not do the bigger horse ride and my son would have rather gone on the small ride horse, but he was deemed too old when we went, so he had to go on the bigger horse. Rocking horse does not have a real water park. It has a slide and a nicer pool, but to call it an actual waterpark imo is a real stretch of the word. Camelback has an indoor waterpark. You could also do kalahari or great wolf and go over to mountain creek for skiing. All of those waterparks are right next to each other and skiing.

Rocking horse chase horses, and some outdoor stuff to do beyond skiing like mini golf, and an outdoor gym area. Camelback has an actual water park, and skiing.

You could also do a day trip to indoor skiing.

There is also Rydin Hy Ranch. My DHs family has been going for years and loves it there. We were supposed to bring our boys there last year (9 and 7 at the time) but we had to cancel at the last minute. Hoping to get there this year! It also includes all ski equipment, lessons, food, etc.... edited to add - just saw you specifically wanted a water park. They don’t have that there to my knowledge but literally have everything else and more! Worth a look, IMO.

We love Rocking Horse Ranch. I think it's great for little ones that want to ski on their tiny little hill, and get some quick instruction from the staff. But, if you really want him to learn to ski, and do it well, that wouldn't be the place to go. They have a ton of family entertainment, the shows are great, the food is decent, and every single thing is included. If you were to price out a weekend at Camelback with skiing, waterpark hotel (that's expensive on weekends), your meals, etc. It would be close in price I'm sure.

Camelback is obviously geared toward skiing and ski instruction. The waterpark isn't very "little kid" friendly though IMO. They have a lot of huge slides there.
