Cost for DJ
Hi! I've been looking into getting a DJ for my daughter's communion coming up - for a 4 hour party on a Sunday afternoon I'm getting quotes of $700. Is this the going rate??? Seems really expensive to me!

Re: Cost for DJ
Seems normal to me! When you think about it, the DJ is there for FOUR hours entertaining all of your guests, and having to work that entire 4 hours. People pay almost that for their cake, that gets ingested and pooped out

Re: Cost for DJ
That is an excellent price. I am paying 3500 for four hours with dancers, Mc, dj, promos, lighting, and staging, and photo booth. If it includes the above you are getting a steal of a deal.

That seems really, really inexpensive. I’d book them immediately.

Own the moment
Def check them out. I haven’t used them personally, but heard they were good & reasonably priced.

Re: Cost for DJ
What are you getting for the money?
An emcee guy to talk/get the crowd riled up? Any blow up giveaway things for the kids ?
700 seems fair We had two guys- one music and one emcee- at our kids christenings and paid somewhere near 1200
