how to say thank you
my people,
you are always very helpful when i don't know what to do in these situations.
earlier this week i shared my toilet paper concerns for my station. i seriously was going crazy trying to figure things out. as i was searching high and low, i reached out to a vendor who usually supplies us with big ticket items... picnic tables, freezers, bbq grills... things we need every once in a while.
our sales rep was AMAZING. she moved heaven and earth and got me EVERYTHING i need... toilet paper, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, gloves, etc.
i might find myself drowning in toilet paper, but it's a problem i prefer to have lol.
when some of the dust has settled, i want to thank her. i want her (and her boss) to know how awesome she was through all of this.
please give me ideas/suggestions on how i can let her know she is greatly appreciated and to let her employer know that she went to bat for a customer.
thanks.

I think a letter to her boss/supervisor etc is the best thing you can do.
If you have a budget for it, you could also send her flowers or maybe pizza or lunch for her office (depending on how many people it would be for)

i thought of flowers, but wasn't too sure.
i told my boss about what i was thinking. he loves the idea. this woman has really gone to bat for us in the last week.
as soon as i have some down time... maybe tomorrow, i'll start writing the letter to her boss.
