It won’t work cause people in this country are assholes.

People can’t think about others. They want to do what they want when they want.

It won’t work, but not because people are @ssholes but because it’s too overcrowded.

Maybe in the beginning because the majority of companies in Manhattan will stay working remotely. However, what’s going to happen to Manhattan, when companies start pulling out of their leases?

It won't work because that particular station is one of the most crowded in the system. Can get wall to wall 2-3 people deep from the platform.

They would need reservations but who knows about that.

I think the floor markers may actually cause more problems, induce arguments/fights/etc.

Re: Bus/Subway reservations

i don't see it working because there are too many moving parts to what makes NYC what it is.

as much as we talk about assholes and as much as new yorkers have a reputation of being jerks, i really don't believe it would be that part of the equation that would not work. i just think there is too much that goes into public transportation in a place like NYC.

southern california is a completely different animal. i believe something like that would be more successful out here... since there are so many fewer people who use mass transit out here.

And California has like two trains Chat Icon

I do remember when they built the train that runs over the highway several years ago. I was visiting my friend in the LA area, there was 1 person on it. Chat Icon Chat Icon
