Feeling positive
I’ve been so stressed this whole time. I have a skin issue that flairs with stress and it’s the worst it’s ever been, I basically had hives in early March.
But, we spent all day sat and sun cleaning and organizing different areas. I sold a ton of junk for super cheap/free on Facebook. It feels like a weight is lifted and now there are several work areas that aren’t filled with clutter so me and DH can move around the house for our calls.
We have a babysitter to help with the kids (no judgement please) and that is a huge mental relief.
So I hope you all have a good day. First time in almost 3 months I didn’t wake up filled with dread and overwhelmed.

Re: Feeling positive
Good for you! And the fact that you have to even say "no judgement please " for something that eased your mental load greatly is a sad commentary on what our society has become. Glad you're feeling better.
I have been feeling positive as well lately as the weather has improved and things like the beach and my hotel for my vacation in August have reopened. I feel like I will have somewhat of a normal summer. Hoping some outdoor restaurants are next

That's good to hear - I am debating getting a babysitter as well. I think my kids would enjoy interacting with someone else. The three day weekend was rough without a lot of activities, I'm not sure how the summer will play out.

That's great! Good for you that you're having some good days instead of all the bad. It's been tough so enjoy those moments!
Honestly, cleaning and organizing is my sanity. I just always feel better and function better when things aren't in chaos.

This! The judgement from some ppl have elevated to ridiculous amounts!!! Is it that much gratification and happiness that these ppl feel by criticizing others?!? I’d never understand that.
To the OP, good for u!!! Keep doing what makes u and ur family feel good. The mental and emotional stability and happiness will def help contribute to ur good health.

Re: Feeling positive
Good for you! I’m happy you had such a positive & productive weekend! You inspired me to finally organize my closet this week!
I’ve been feeling good the past week as well. Going to the beach, hanging out at my sisters for a BBQ was so good for all of us mentally and emotionally.
